Delta Drive comprised 6 warehouse units which had been opened out and converted to one for a printing company. Upon lease end, the building was returned to the landlord who wished to reconfigure the building back to 6 individual units for reletting.
The conversion works by the tenant had included a substation within the building due to the electrical demands of the printing equipment.
We surveyed the building and designed and managed the M & E elements of the separation works.
Each unit was returned to a shell and core condition suitable for speculative letting, with office areas and WC accommodation, and lighting to the warehousing areas. The substation was removed and separate utility supplies restored to each individual unit.
