The refurbishment of an existing 8219m2 building for Ericsson, which had been mothballed.

 

The works involved the rationalisation of the existing layouts and the modification and recommissioning of the M & E services to suit. The internal areas were designed and customised to suit Ericsson’s corporate specifications and work plan.

 

We undertook detailed surveys to establish the condition of the services, and this identified a number of legacy maintenance issues including obsolete modular wiring installations and lighting control systems. Where possible, the existing services installations were reused to control costs.

 

We provided enhanced performance specifications and drawings detailing the works and site management.
